Zurich Airport, also referred to as Flughafen Zürich or by its former Kloten designation, is the arrival and departure point for most of our clients travelling into the region. Rather than directing you to a fixed rental counter, we arrange the meeting point for each booking individually, based on your flight and the vehicle you have chosen. This keeps the handover simple whether you are stepping off a business flight or arriving with family for a longer stay.

Documents and flight details

Before arrival, we ask for your flight number and expected landing time so the handover can be planned around your actual schedule rather than a generic time slot. You will also need to bring the documents required for your specific booking, including a valid driving licence. Any questions about which documents apply to your reservation are addressed when you book, so there are no surprises at the point of handover.

Return and check-in

Return works on the same principle: we confirm timing and location based on your departure flight, so the car is checked in without you having to build in unnecessary buffer time before your gate. If your itinerary changes, let us know as early as possible so the return can be adjusted accordingly.

Choosing the right car

Airport arrivals cover a wide range of purposes, from a single business day in the city to a touring holiday that continues into the mountains or along the lake. A sport or supercar model suits a direct route into town or onward to open mountain roads, while an SUV such as the BMW X7 or Bentley Bentayga carries luggage and passengers comfortably on longer touring days. If you are arriving for a corporate event or wedding, tell us the schedule in advance so the handover can be aligned with the day's logistics rather than treated as a separate errand.
